Best Workouts In Atlanta

Best Workouts In Atlanta – After Kevin proposed to me last summer in Charleston, I knew that in the months leading up to our upcoming wedding, the time would come when I decided to kick my bad eating habits for a healthier lifestyle and really start our lives together on the right foot. foot While I may not be a health freak 100% of the time (let’s face it, I

Chocolate cake Too much not to last), the turning point in my healthier lifestyle was when I decided to join a new gym. Specifically, I was looking for something more personalized than paying a monthly membership fee to a big-box health club to use my limited knowledge of workouts that either didn’t make a difference or that I quickly grew tired of.

I stumbled on Blueprint Fitness when I was standing in line behind a very good man in Chipotle wearing a t-shirt that said “Blueprint Fitness” and I was intrigued. After checking out their website, I realized I could try my first class for free, so I went in and kicked my ass! The training was very well planned and the teachers had the perfect combination of motivation and training. It was the perfect amount of one-on-one personal attention that you can get from a personal gym instructor at a fraction of the price. It sold out so I joined in February 2014!

Speed Workout Spots Away From The Track In Atlanta

The gym’s name is true because each member begins with a personalized assessment or Functional Movement System (FMS), which allows trainers to create a personalized training plan based on your individual goals. Whether it’s weight loss, toning, muscle building, flexibility or mobility, the “plan” everyone takes shows which classes to attend and how often. However, the customization doesn’t stop there, because depending on which areas of the FMS you have rated as strongest or weakest, the workouts are tailored to your level in the program. I’ll be honest and say that I’ve been stuck in the “negative push-up” process for a few weeks because I couldn’t even do a push-up, but I’m almost there! The unique workouts and bands are truly beyond a typical gym. I learned how to use the kettle bell (and I don’t have to rush to finish this set in a one minute cross way), but the right way, as said, so I don’t prepare. for road injuries. The goal of Blueprint Fitness is to learn how to move your body correctly and then move often.

So here are some photos of me before training a week ago. I’m starting to see definition in my arms, but I don’t want to be a huge, huge girl… Just someone fit, strong, and healthy. I feel great! And these workouts definitely encourage me to eat healthier. I mean, come on, I won’t have the metabolism of a teenager for the rest of my life (I know!) and if I don’t start implementing better eating habits, chocolate cake sure will. I love it so much that it will start showing up on my hips much sooner and around my thighs!

And…. My “Member of the Month” award for April 2014!!! I couldn’t believe it when it was announced that I was Person of the Month, but I was honored to receive it and it felt like all my hard work had paid off! 🙂

I took some revealing photos of me in shorts and a sports bra the first week I joined the gym and I plan to show you the latest update soon… so be sure to come back and check the site for future blog posts! I’ve also just started trying kickboxing classes, so I’ll be sure to let you know how they kick my ass! If you’re in Atlanta and looking for a new place to work out, I highly recommend checking out Blueprint Fitness in West Midtown, Atlanta’s best workout. And hey… don’t forget to say hi when you see me there! If you check out their website, you’ll even find me in some of their promotional pictures/videos!
