Cedar Creek Winery is a family-owned winery in the Cedarburg-Milwaukee area. It was originally a woolen factory until the 70s when it was sold and turned into a winery known for its cherry wine. Shortly thereafter, it was sold to the Wulersheim family, who turned it into Cedar Creek Winery. However, the original limestone cellars have survived and are still in use today, as they provide the perfect cool environment for the fermentation of wine grapes.
