The area was great and the staff was nice. The breakfast was good. The lobby looks much nicer than the rooms.

We stayed in a quadruple room. The air conditioner is set to turn itself off. It was a very hot day and the room was very warm. Only upstairs the air conditioner worked and it was impossible to stay downstairs as there were two beds and a bathroom. The air conditioning on the ground floor turns off automatically after a few minutes. The bathroom was old. We had a problem with the cold water. The elevator was very small and slow. We were on the 8th floor and waited a long time. The stroller hardly fits the lift. We are a family of 4 and we can’t all fit in this lift.

Boutique Hotel With Personality For A Luxury Travel Experience

We were expecting a comfortable 4 star hotel and ended up in an old and smelly building called PARK CHATEAU UNIQUE HOTEL. The manager or whoever is behind the counter at the Recoleta Luxury Boutique explained that there were some issues with our stay there. He offered the same standard of hotels nearby but in the end we were put in horrible rooms that can’t even be called a hotel. We later found out that the luxury boutique hotel Recoleta cheats like this all the time.

The first time we had no internet for two days. A second time without hot water for one day. Both elevators are very slow and sometimes broken. Anyway I will come back.

The staff was nice, the room was comfortable even though we only had a view of the alley!

The first night we got there we came back, it was so late when we first got to the room we couldn’t get the tv to work, the plugs weren’t holding the converter inside. The room looked a bit strange. When filling the sink with the drain, the water came out of the drain and flooded the bathroom. There was a smell of smoke in the lobby and the elevator was the scariest elevator in my life! It definitely needs fixing, and sometimes it doesn’t even stop on the floor! Also, the elevator was right next to my room and you could hear it going up and down at night, luckily the noise didn’t bother me so I slept well.

Recoleta Luxury Boutique Hotel

Buenos Aires city tour with small group, European architecture of the city, beautiful area with gardens and trees, tango show and dinner. Latin spirit. Nice people at hotel reception.

Hotel bathroom needs renovation. Taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel. No one was waiting for us… They don’t seem to be waiting for people to go through the immigration. Our reservation was not good.

The staff speak little English.

OOOOOOOO!!!!!! I didn’t like much about this hotel… Except for the location, this is a complete tourist trap. Dirty old rooms with cockroaches in the bathrooms, moldy walls, elevators not working, windows not opening…a complete trap…run away!!!

Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires

This is a very old building that has been renovated so cheaply and poorly to look good in the pictures and to mislead the clients. Breakfast is overrated for what is served. The hotel is not up to the asking price at all. It’s called a luxury boutique hotel… It’s not even a boutique hotel, let alone a luxury hotel….

Nice location in Recoleta. Very friendly and helpful staff, helped me a lot in booking the ferry to Uruguay. Nice lobby area and reasonably comfortable room – one of the best beds I’ve had in Buenos Aires.

The electricity went out a few times, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The air conditioner fans in front of our windows were very noisy. The lobby area appears to have a star higher than the room itself, but that is the case for most budget hotels in Buenos Aires I think.

The location was perfect, the staff was nice and helpful. When the WiFi went down and I really needed to check in at the airport one of the staff let me use their internet code so I could do it. Very well. It was 5:30 in the morning and another employee brought me a cup of tea. The location is excellent, very close to the cemetery and a nice square with cafes and bars. Felt safe.

Studio En Recoleta, Buenos Aires Hotel, Buenos Aires

The only problem we had was that on the second day we were there, the wifi went down and down. Since we had just left 3 weeks ago, there were a lot of things I had to do. I don’t know if this happens often or once. And the tub had no plug and there was no bath mat for the bathtub so we were worried about slipping. But the potatoes are really small. Another thing if you are concerned about the lifts, this is very small but it works well. Actually it was an adventure. 🙂

The location was very good! The reception staff were nice. The breakfast was good value, lots of variety and good quality. The room was very spacious. good value!

This ancient property shows its age! The bathroom needs a renovation. Loosen door handles, broken china, leaking sink. The lighting in the bathroom was dim.
