LIV North is proud to be the fitness partner of Oxford Place in Vancouver. Oxford Properties’ commitment to tenant health during the Covid pandemic has enabled LIV North to offer fitness and wellness programs to construction workers while working remotely from home. Our program includes live streaming classes, hundreds of online exercises, virtual health challenges and events.

Regular physical activity not only strengthens the immune system but also improves mental health. Activities like health challenges, if designed in a fun, creative and engaging way, are a great way to bring people together and build a healthy community, especially in these isolating times.
