Cars You Can Buy From 400 Thousand To One Million Naira In Nigeria

That sweet smell of cars attracts buyers this time of year, especially college graduates who are starting their first job and need reliable wheels to get the job done. We scoured manufacturer websites to find the 11 most expensive 2019 models, all of which start in Canada under $20,000, at least before taxes.

The good news is that at least the 2019 model can be had for under $10,000 — as long as you’re happy to click the gearbox and roll down the windows manually. That’s because you get all the standard safety equipment, including a rearview camera, and a cheap car attached to the driver’s license price, but there’s nothing better than an automatic transmission and good breathability for that money.

That’s why we’ve listed the cheapest bikes in Canada using two prices: our factory quoted retail price plus shipping, plus the lowest MSRP for the same model and climate – because 95% of people buy. This way their car (remember, otherwise you will be removed mercilessly during the trade). Here’s our pick of eleven – comment with your thoughts on the best cheap cars in Canada.

Hyundai Elantra is not the cheapest car on our list, but its value is not high. It’s no wonder Canadian roads are filled with new Elantras, sedans and econoboxes. The low starting price makes for an irreplaceable argument, although the Elantra wouldn’t be a bad buy. Updated for 2019, the base model offers a choice of a 147-hp 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine mated to a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission.

Air conditioning is standard with heated heated seats, Bluetooth capability and steering wheel controls. Like all Hyundai and Kia models, the Elantra comes with a 5-year/100,000-mile warranty. Unfortunately, the sleepy engine is black, but at least the steering is sharp and the brakes are good, and the Elantra is a quiet and comfortable roadster. This disc costs more than that, and that’s not a compliment.

When is a Toyota not a Toyota? When it entered into a contract with its own small program to compete with Mazda. For that matter, the Yaris sedan is actually a rebadged Mazda2, not a bad idea, and it’s never been used in Canada. Toyota has taken the opportunity to hit the Yaris card on this Mexican-built car, and the Econobox unit is good for it. Mazda’s DNA makes it a fun-to-drive sedan that has a more refined and ergonomic interior than Toyota’s offering.

All models use a 106-hp 1.5-liter 4-cylinder engine mated to a standard 6-speed manual or optional 6-speed automatic. Shame Mazda didn’t use a CVT. Buyers find the sedan looks good but misses the utility of the hatch; The 60/40-split rear seats reduce cargo space, but are not comfortable. The sedan from Mazda gets a good sound system with 7-indicator, push-button start and standard AC.

You know Ford got out of the car business to focus on selling profitable trucks and SUVs. The Fiesta, launched here in 2011, will take off later this year. Although it was praised for refinement and mature features in a small package, its manual-style “Powershift” 6-speed manual gearbox was popular. Two-way transmissions change gears quickly, but reliable methods are known for vibration and uncertainty.

Ford and its supplier Getrak have introduced many improvements to the gearbox, and problems have decreased over the years. But so does the sale of the Fiesta. If you can manage the stick, the Fiesta’s manual transmission is a big deal with its 120-hp 1.6-liter DOHC 4-cylinder engine. The prices shown here are for the most popular brands, but hopefully retailers will offer products for the same price. Since Mexico’s production is stagnant, the Fiesta is a rare disaster, hence the low spot on our list.

Toyota’s entry-level model — made in France — is selling well in Canada, but not at a price that has led to losses. If you want a Toyota squiggle on your grill and the sterling reliability that goes with it, you’ll pay for the privilege. The base model Yaris actually only has two doors instead of the standard four (extra cost), though it does offer a 6.1-inch screen audio system, heated front seats and electric windows as standard.

The Yaris surprisingly offers Toyota’s Safety Sense C active safety system including pre-collision braking with pedestrian detection, lane departure warning and high beam assist. As it is aimed mainly at the European market, the ride and handling of the hatchback is good
